Out of the Tent and into the showbusiness

Here is a little video of lia. We have built a little tent this afternoon and at one point in time she came out to put a headband (well not really one headband, it was more then one...) then she went back into the tent. So I rushed to bring the camera and while i was shooting I told her: "let's sing something for grossmami in swiss-german. She started singing and then decided to switch to a hebrew song. The last few seconds of the movie show her singing the swiss-german song again, this time louder, as she was told by the director of the movie.

slackrope skills...

a few months ago, 4-5 actually i started to learn how to walk on a slack-rope and then do things while on it. at first i found myself going out to yard several times a day, for a short time and training, then i had a month when i didn't slack-rope at all and now i am back in business. my first goal, which was to get it into my show is accomplished and i juggle with three torches at the end of my show. i am now working on riding the unicycle, sitting on a chair and and and...
here is a short video of where i am at the moment, i am taking my shirt of at some point of the video to make it more sexy! watch out...

look how time goes by!

as i was writing the post about Neil coming to the world i was also writing about Lia's Birthday party we had a few days earlier. so going through pictures from that birthday i also ran across pictures from the years before, so here you can see pictures from Lia ages 0-1-2-3.
You can click the Image below to enlarge it. What does the future hold for Neil and Lia and us?

Neil is here

many (many many actually) months have gone by since I last set down to write anything in this blog and it is time to update you all (all 3 of you probably...) with the news from the Vitis world here in Zoran.

first of all and most important, about two weeks ago on the 28th of June a few minutes before 21:00 Neil Vitis came to the world. The birth was a long and not always a pleasant process, but it all payed off as we got a little angel to join our family. He mainly sleeps and eats, and does a lot of both, we get to sleep many hours at night so don't worry too much about that, let's just hope it all stays like that. as you can see he was born looking like ET, weighing 3.265 and feeling fine. He stayed with his mommy in the hospital for 3 nights before coming home. here he was well received, both by his father as well as by his wonderful sister Lia, who seems to like the little guy, mainly beacuse he sleeps so much and thus needs only little attention at the moment. After 8 days we took him to Sarits parents where the little guy got his little one a little reshaped. Not that he seemed to care to much as he was sedated and had sugar water dripping into his little mouth. The event was small and we invite the close family to witness the event.

Here we are, all four of us at the "joyful" event. I have uploaded a lot more pictures from that day and you can see all of them if you just click here

what else is new? well, Lia herself turned 3 years old 2 days after Neil was born, we celebrated the event prior the birth at our backyard as we do every year with our good friends from around the country. Sarit worked really hard before the event to create a beautiful play for the children. As you can see it all turned out great. Lia got a lot of wonderful presents and would like to thank all of you who sent us something or came to the party. there are a great bunch of photos from the event taken mostly by Shaul, our in-house photographer.
